To be fair, they only do this with popular or strong archetypes. They know that people will dig through 10 different boxes just to build a Dark Magician or HERO deck.

Gotta love Konami putting cards that change the entire flow of a deck in boxes, never as level up rewards or to be won from opponents >.> money grabbing fks.

Why I can't summon her by discarding 1 card? I'm using that skill of Arcana that brings a DM at first hand, but recently I had a duel and in 3rd turn I wasn't able to summon her.

If you've read your skill already then check if you used an effect that locks you into summoning only certain type of monster

I too have this issue often where on turn 1 or later in the duel it refuses to activate it's effect
