Cyber Stein

Cyber-Stein

Cyber-stein can Special Summon Cyber Twin Dragon easily. However the high LP cost exceeds even your starting HP so you will need to use this in a deck that can quickly heal or with a skill that gives additional starting LP.

The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion

You can Special Summon Cyber Dragon and then Normal Summon The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion. Use The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion’s effect to tribute himself and your Cyber Dragon to summon Cyber Twin Dragon.

The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion can also work with monsters that act as Cyber Dragon on the field.

Cyber Dragon Monsters

Here are some monsters that act as Cyber Dragon on the field. This makes it easier for you to Fusion Summon monsters that require Cyber Dragon as materials.

Fusion Spell

Future Fusion lets you Fusion Summon with monsters from the deck as materials but the Fusion monster will only be summoned 2 turns after Future Fusion's activation.
Cybernetic Fusion Support lets you use monsters from your hand, field, and graveyard as fusion materials no matter the fusion spell used. This goes well with Flash Fusion to immediately Fusion Summon during your Battle Phase.

Skill

No Excuses is a skill that puts Power Bond in your hand instead of conducting your normal draw. Use Power Bond when Fusion Summoning Cyber Twin Dragon to double its attack. But make sure you finish the duel then or you will risk taking a lot of damage.

You can literally obtain cyber dragon easy with a ur card ticket

Subterrors have been beatable since they were released.

I couldn't care less if they modify the requirements to activate such skill; it's nothing relevant for me, I don't see anything broken there, but more importantly, the deck will remain playable without Umbra & Lumis.

You think the skill is abused because you are terrible at this game. Period, that's the bottom line.

Masked Tribute is the perfect example of the nature of many players out there that don't put effort do well in life or school,but when it comes to exploiting duel links skills,they are top notch,if they use this kind of brains on more important things,maybe they will be really successful,this also proves the reason why laws have to be so strict,imagine if they weren't,people would exploit the hell outta them and do really evil stuff,well that's the evil nature of humans,shame....

Well, I was really surprised. No need any fushion. It will be very useful in Events or against AI. And effect "This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase." is working with Cyber-Stein.

Only a line " Meet my Cyber Twin Dragon "

It would be nice if KONAMI adds another one animation for his ace cards, such as Cyberdark Dragon, this is the biggest ace of his season 2 deck

Cyber Twin is not a Zane ace card, though. He only Summoned it 3 times, always early-mid duel, and always Summoned Cyber End later in the same Duel. It's used just as often as Cyber Laser Dragon, and in basically the exact same way (as early-mid game muscle to break through boards.) It was never really important to his strategy.

Not enough to beat Blue-Eyes, not enough to beat AG Reactor, not enough to beat Red-eyes Slash and some people think CyDra gonna change the meta
