I'm having trouble with Tribute Doll as well. Used Regretful Rebirth on my Blue Dragon Summoner and I couldn't activate it. Couldn't even activate it on monsters I normal summoned in the same turn.

Bugged?

Only 7 stars. Blue dragon is 8.

This card is very buggy from my experience. Like Cry Havoc, you should be able to both normal summon in addition to using tribute doll according to its description. For example, you should be able to summon Feral Imp and then use Tribute Doll to summon Dark Magician in the same turn. I've seen CPUs use it. However, I'm unable to even activate this card.

Btw, message to mods: Is there a way to create an account on this website? I find myself commenting on much of it. I'm part of gamepress.gg where I do research for Pokemon Go. Would like to be part of this website as well if possible. Thanks.

weird, i have been using this spell for long, i never had this bug. i can normal summon and immediately use tribute doll to special summon any 7 star monster. according to ur example, you summon feral imp and tried to use tribute doll so summon dark magician, in that case: 1. do u have dark magician in ur hand? 2. you didnt use scapegoat on that turn right?

Yeah I had Dark Magician in my hand. I did not use any other spells and traps during that turn. I'm not sure why. I'm on iOS

Same but when u have it on auto battle or a computer dueler use it on same turn dk why it those this i could won alot of duels with it will let me use it

I got it to work once now it justs sits on my trap/spell zone

Sometimes I can't get it to activate ?I see people summon a monster and tribute with tribute doll and tribute monsters on field already but I can't make it activate it just sits in spell and trap zone ?

I thought so as well, but then how come the computer always summons a monster and THEN uses that in the same turn? Must be a bug of some sort

No it totally work with monster you normal summoned the same turn, I did it so many times, it must be a bug on your part. :/

Useful to sp summon can't atk but may save your lp.good with dark magician*2 and dark magician girl in deck

Not only life. Your opponent probably won't destroy your monster - so you summon 7stars much sooner.
