Pros

  • Negates effects activated from the graveyard.
  • Special Summons a LIGHT Dragon monster from your Extra Deck.

Cons

  • Costly to summon.
  • Tributes itself to use third effect.
  • Special Summoned monster is destroyed during the End Phase.

Tips

Blue-Eyes

Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon will be easy to summon in a Blue-Eyes deck because of the monsters that act as Blue-Eyes White Dragon and the level-1 Tuners.

Special Summonable Monsters

Here are some of the monsters you can Special Summon when you tribute Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon. Monsters like Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon and Stardust Spark Dragon with self protection effects will allow them to survive past the End Phase.

When you're using Beaver Warrior deck, everything else feels like meta lol

Rarely met a specific card is expected, but an entire arch type, not to mention kinda used a lot in hundred of match is absurd.
It would be make more sense if it was something like Vendread or SSA tho.

This card cannot negate Neos Fusion during the damage step. Why can Dark Cavalry which also doesn't affect stats negate during damage step?
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
I think for Spirit Dragon you meant:
"can only negate the activation of a card's EFFECT while Dark Cavalry can negate CARD + EFFECT".

To be frank I don't really get the difference between the activation of a CARD or EFFECT even when reading it on the ruling website and all.

Can someone explain the difference between both for total beginners?

Example:
Battlelord and divine wrath against kiteroid

Battlelord would make kiteroid unable to activated in the first place. You cant even send kiteroid to the GY after battlelord effect take place.

On the other hand, divine wrath will only negate kiteroid after you send kiteroid to GY ( which mean it stop right after you pay the cost ).

Awesome. I finally understood it.

They should write the ruling that way for beginners to understand.

So, Neos's fusion says "you can banish this card from your GY instead." but doesn't exactly talk about an effect like "negate the destruction". So no after-cost-effect to negate.
LoL.

Neos Fusion looks more Imba the older it gets.

Thanks man.

Hei...why the opponent have been summon more than twice at the same time with this card at the field? Anyone tell me please? I cannot negate with the first effect
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
Okay, thanks for explain...but i can't accept that, navigation make special summon 1 then 2. I just don't understand bro with effect "neither players can ....". And for blackwing, that was happening special summon more than 2.
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
Navigation says "Special Summon....then, Special Summon....".

The "then" there means it's two separate Special Summon, each summoning only 1 monster.
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
And what was the Blackwing card that special summons 2+ monsters?
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
The key of spirit dragon is that it only prevents effects that special summon at least 2 monsters at the SAME time which is not very common in duel links

How can it summon those Ultimate Dragons again? It says "LIGHT Dragon-Type Synchro Monster" not Fusions.

It is a very hard to obtain p2w card. What did you expect.

Read the BE Spirit card description again, then the ultimate D. Pay attention, and all shall be revealed.

Don't listen to that troll above. It's a mistake on this site. You cannot summon the Ultimate Dragons.
<< Anonymous(Qbig)

It can't. He's really only meant to summon azure eyes which negates the destruction effect. But I don't see why you wouldn't summon azure eyes before anyways with the synchro and this guy first unless you really want that negate double summons effect.

It looks like a metaphis version of blue eyes white dragon

According to some people, there is currently a bug with Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon.

Anyone knows what this bug is about ?
<< Anonymous

It doesn't prompt you to use her effect when you have your toggle set to Enanled this bug occurs only on PvE

I don't see any point in this card as it will ss azure eyes, or spark stardust, but they are level 9 too, so why not just synchrp summon those first and don't bother with spirit?

So far People who summoned Spirit against me instead of Azure Eyes lost because of Spirit. I don't see how Spirit can be worth the gems it costs.
I spent a lot of gems to get it but didn't get a single one, and in every game I play I don't see where Spirit could have helped me.

I'm guessing it is to stop shiranui. I definitely wouldn't use this except for some kinda anti graveyard tech. Azure eyes is better overall.

That monster is too good what you all talking about.
His effect of summoning a synchro for free is so overpowered because its a quick effect.
Karma cut can easily be dodged by his effect. Hes useful as a bridge that stalls your opponents plays and thats a huge nuisance.

Tbh in all of the Blue Eyes cards, Spirit is the one I feared the most. Because it messes up with my graveyard play and make me waste resources just make it go away and replace itself with another strong synchro monster.
