If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can discard 1 card; add 1 "Polymerization" Normal Spell Card or "Fusion" Normal Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. You can reveal 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck; Special Summon 1 of the Fusion Materials whose name is specifically listed on that monster from your GY, in face-down Defense Position. You can only use each effect of "Keeper of Dragon Magic" once per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Fusion Monsters, the turn you activate either of this card's effects.

Searches Fusion Spells.
Revives a monster.

Cons

Can only revive monsters listed on a Fusion monster.
Requires some graveyard setup to use properly.
Restricts your Extra deck plays to only Fusion Summons.

Searchable Cards

Polymerization and any Normal Spell with Fusion in its name can be searched by Keeper of Dragon Magic. Here are some examples.

Fusion Combo

You can discard a fusion material to search the Fusion Spell, then later revive that discarded Fusion material. This combo works best when Keeper of Dragon Magic can be used as the other fusion material.

serously if they really wanted to keep allister at 3 keeper shouldve been at 3 so neos players could use it.but yeah ruin fav hero neos players too as the 🔥 is not enough 🔥 make some colleteral damage plus for nothing.

I don't regret spending Dream Tickets on Keeper. It's a card I could easily see myself using in something in the future, and honestly, I've been looking for an excuse to move on from Steelswarm Neos for a while anyway, lol.

A generic monster in every single fusion deck from Red eyes to Neos, Lunalight to Quintet.

Limit 2 is unavoidable.

"This card will be limited to promote deck diversity and strategies that do not rely on this card, as it has been used in many different decks for a long time."

Karakuri hit is only for ninishi though, they may survive this, but the skill restart may not be usable anymore which means less consistency.

Cant special summon "Black Luster Soldier", ritual monster, after I discard it. "Dragon Master Knight" is the fusion monster I was planning to refer to.

I'm having the same problem but black luster soldier works with cosmo brain without any ritual summoning, so the below comment isn't entirely right.

Very sure BLS works with Cosmo Brain only as the "non-Effect monster" requirement.

The effect that Special Summon from hand/Deck specifies Normal monster, so you can't summon a non-Effect Ritual monster with that effect.
