Is anyone else not getting this card from drops whatsoever? The only single copy I've managed to get was from the event rewards, while I currently have 9 copies of toon dark magician(UR).

If your opponent has in defense BEWD or Cosmo Brain you can whack 'em and damage their LP.

Sometimes you'll want to get rid of field presence instead of attacking directly. But if you get rid of a Defense Position monster, you normally would inflict no damage.

That Piercing effect allows you to get rid of a Defense Position monster, while still dealing damage at the same time.

It can only attack directly by its effect if you have toon world on the field and opponent has no toons.
