This card could be great in any deck that needs some form of monster removal.

Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys

You can use this Offerings to the doomed on your own Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys when he would be sent removed from the field without his effect being activated, like with the effect of Cyber Angel Dakini, Amazoness Onslaught. Allowing him to dodge your opponent's removal and return to activate his effect during your next standby phase.

Spellbooks

You could use Offerings to the Doomed in a Spellbook deck as they already have amazing search power. The Grass Looks Greener variant of Spellbook decks also special summons most of its monsters from either the deck or hand. Meaning the Offering of the Doomed's drawback could not hurt your strategy that much.

What happens if you go first, use that restart ability and set this card and activate it on your opponents turn (so turn 2)? I will skip my draw phase anyway due to restart. But I won’t skip 2 consecutive draw phases, right?

And when you activate multiple copies of these in a turn? Still only skip 1 draw phase?

Yeah that is correct, its actually the reason you'll see this card in most of karakuri deck. In addition to their great draw power, they also usually use restart as their main skill.

You skip 1 draw phase.
Reckless Greed is the same, activate two, draw four and you only skip two draw phases.

Because basically the only chainable monster removal in the entire game (short of crap like Eliminating the League) is Offerings and Treacherous?

Thunder Dragons use this support better than Raigeki Break, nets them no cards. It saves Thunder Dragons from deck-out.

I never though this card would be this good, but after testing it in Karakuris I realized it had a lot of potential. It can 🔥 pretty much everything dangerous in the current meta.

More often than not, I lose the duel from not being able to draw my next turn, just to destroy one of my opponents monsters. Maybe Offerings is more useful in OTK decks, but personally, I have more success running Super Rush instead.

It's useful for surviving against otks because it's a chainable quick-play spell. You do have to be smart with it though because you lose a draw phase.

I've seen some Karakuri Decks that have 3 copies of it in them. It depends a lot on the deck you are playing? Why don't you check Duel Links Meta? I've seen many good decks there as well.

This card skip the draw phase, you can still draw with card effect

It says: Skip your next "Draw Phase".
It doesn't say: "You are unable to draw once you use it", or something like that.

Draw Phase is just that, a "phase" of the entire duel. ^^

It´s wrong, this card is SR in the box.

Awesome card. Used at the right time and it is devastating. It’s ability to stop a OTK in its tracks is more important than the skipping a draw phase, which you don’t get if you lose anyway.

There are so many ways of drawing besides the draw step, you can structure your deck in such a way that it becomes irrelevant.

People underestimate this card a LOT.

It’s versatile for offense and defense unlike tribute or dark core. Skipping a draw phase is WORTH IT if you use this at the right time when they play a troublesome key monster which halts their play. Not to mention you won’t even deal with the skip draw phase penalty if you use it during your turn and win that turn. Not to mention if you use multiple offerings in one turn you only skip the one draw phase

It's not only that. It works out well in decks that allow additional draws like Aromage Jasmine and Elemental Hero Nova Master. Even if I had to skip the draw phase when activating it all I had to do was destroy my opponents defense position monster or use Aroma Garden to recover the draw.
