Is this also in Crowler's level 30 deck or is it only in level 40?

well at least etaqua doesn't backfire on you. If the opponent has a defense face up monster with like 2000 attack and you have a monster with 500 def then ur screwed.

you have to be strategic with its use, if you use to to avoid wall of disruption, then you will be happy that you 500 DEF monster is not a 0 ATK

The only card that's ever been able to prevent position changes by card effects is Raging Cloudian. Every other card only prevents manual position changes.

It can be activated during Main/Battle Phase just like Windstorm of Etaqua.

this is not even that useful, situational yes but not all the time so why is it still not yet released ? or komoney plans to release it on the 1000 year anniversary on year 3000 ?

So, I use balloons to weaken all mosters to 0 atk on his side and I draw cards like crazy with spells to make it happen. Also go with a 30 deck.
