If you control no monsters: Special Summon 3 Level 2 or lower Beast-Type Effect Monsters with different names from your Deck. Their effects are negated, and they are destroyed during the End Phase. If you activate this card, you cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except Beast-Type monsters.
Useful for tribute summoning, deck thinning, or to summon the baboons.
Does not negate effects that activate in the graveyard.
Cons
Special summoned monsters will have their effects negated.
Only usable when you have no monsters on the field.
Low level monsters needs to be in the deck, and all 3 needs to have different names. If you only put 1 of each copy, getting them to your hand will make it unusable unless you put them back into the deck.
Tips, related cards, skills
It's recommended to summon a monster that can stay afterwards in order to not leave you defenseless at the end of the turn.
With the skill "Holy Guard", you can use one of the monsters to crash into your opponent's monster to summon Yellow Baboon, Archer of the Forest. This only works if you already have at least 1 monster in your graveyard.
Mogmole's effect will still work since it is activated in the graveyard.
If your opponent already has monsters or multiple monsters that you can't handle, tribute summon this card using 3 tributes to destroy all monsters your opponent controls.
Good for dealing against situations where your opponent sets multiple spell/trap cards. Might not be recommended against normal monster decks since Order to Charge can still be used to destroy this.
Effect activates in the graveyard, making it not negated by Obedience Schooled's effect. A good card to use since you bring multiples of these in a burn oriented deck.
