This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters and 1 DARK Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 face-up monster on the field. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.

Pros

Very powerful ability to banish any monster without attacking them, bypassing their effects.
Ability can be continuously used once per turn, provided the enemy monster is face-up.

Cons

Can only be special summoned, and it has strict requirements.
Ability can only be used for face up monsters and can't attack after it is used.
Low defense.

Tips

The Agent of Creation - Venus and the Mystical Shine Ball can be used for the required LIGHT fairy requirements. Cards like Order to Charge and Enemy Controller can tribute the shine balls while also keeping you safe.
Use Magical Merchant once you have Sky Scourge in your hand if you are using a deck filled with LIGHT fairy type, and some DARK fiends to try your luck.

I remember getting lucky (or unlucky) with this card, I got 3 copies like in 30 packs, but could never built a deck to bring it out easily at that time. Then Invicil came and imo powercrept this card really hard but anyways it was already too late.

Nice hope konami throws some more cards for support, ideally a searcher spell and a monster that gives you an extra normal summon (for sky scourge monsters only)

If you build a deck around this and Dark Necrofear it isn't that bad. Basically a much harder to summon Chaos Sorcerer.

just try to make your own deck. i made a deck with enrise in it and got to legend 1 with it. like the guy said it does need dimensional alchemist and dark witch as support . sphere kuriboh is also good

I like this card - and I was stoked when I pulled it, but it's essentially a heavily restricted Chaos Sorcerer. (Chaos Sorc might be a bit too OP for Duel Links, probably explains why it's not out yet/ever)

This card was released at the time Chaos Sorc was banned, iirc, which explain this card being a heavily nerfed version.

I have had the monsters in my graveyard but the special summon won't activate, do I have to banish them 1st, I thought the summoning did that

The card is extreme powerful if summoned. But the summoning conditions also second most difficult. Can it summon with present of cheer-leader and the court of light?

No, it can be only summoned by the banishing method.

I have been able to summon this in a few duels using draw sense high level and a lot of low level monsters and I've only been able to activate the effect once before it is destroyed. The low stats are a bit of a killer.

I run this card with Cheerful Coffin & Equips that Discard from your hand to help set up Sky Scourge Enrise. Also Shine Palace, Freya the spirit and Dimensional Alchemist & Angel 07 Work great together

Order to Charge would work before or during a chain to its effect. Not Michizure though

I got this card when I opened the 7th pack (yes, there's 193 pack left).

My question is, is this a good card? If it is, I'll gladly reset since I only opened 7 out of 200 packs.

I got it on my second pack so I did reset the pack. I think I would reset it too if I was you.
