I still hadn't realized consistent ways of getting rid of monsters that have both high attack and high defense. It continues to be hard for me but less so now.

Blast doesn't work on special summoned monsters.

Blast Held By Tribute only works on Tribute Summoned monsters. This monster cannot be Tribute Summoned in the first place.

Although you tribute to summon masked beast, in its ability it says you tribute these monsters to SPECIAL summon it. I tried it too and didn't realize why it wasn't working till I paid more attention to the skill

guys need some help... thinking about using restart as a skill. but its fun to play for sure, not in ranked duels tho.

The cool thing about it is, sometimes when you special summon gardius you can use the tributes in the graveyard to special summon necro + a normal summon.
Its fun in this situations to flood the field with this power, and turn the duel upside down, but sometimes its also bricky, input appreciated.

Imho mystic tomato would make this deck awesome. Reducing 1 gardius 1 tiki & 1 mask and adding 3 mystic tomatos would make it really dynamic, tomato has great synergy with dark necrofear and gardius.

Can someone please explain to me what will happen if this card is killed through non-battling methods (like Exile of The Wicked)? Does Mask of Remnants' effect still take control of your monster? And if it does, how does it determine which of your monsters to take control of if you have more than one on the field? This card sort of confuses me since the text just says: "when it is sent from the field to the graveyard", without explanations about specific situations.

If it is, how are they gonna make it work, cause while ATK gains is great it comes with a greater price, plus summoning 3 monsters on the field, you're bascially able to win without Ra

I would love to build a deck around him and raising my lifepoints to make use of his effect. Put in Aegis of gaia in your deck and you would be set. Raise my LP. Summon RA as a giant OTK machine, then use Aegis of gaia to raise my LP by 3000. Clear my opponents field and finish him off.

Thought des gardius decks would be better. Got all the cards i needed for the deck but getting des gardius on the field can be really hard even with cards that help your monsters survive a couple of turns. It is quite inconsistent at the moment :(

I don't have the cards to run it, but I was thinking Golden Apples would work great in this deck. I've also had some success using Apophis to make the Beast summon easier.

I must agree with this. I built a pretty solid deck and its pretty easy getting the big guy out but the backrow is what always seems to take me down.

Caligo Claw Crow

Consider including Caligo Claw Crow alongside your Doomdog Octhros when building a deck around this card. Once in hand alongside Melchid or Tiki, you can summon Des Gardius in one turn since both of them are DARK.
