Stage 31-40: Tips and FAQ

Tips

  • An easy way to clear some of the required missions is to build a working deck of around 15-17 cards and use the rest as filler for putting in spells, traps and/or ritual cards, this is so that you can use auto and still get a win and being able to use the copy deck feature so it can be easily copied to other characters.
  • Use cards like shard of greed to be able to get the required cards faster, or cards that can retrieve cards from the graveyard to re-use them in one duel.
  • Keep in mind that in the later stage, you will be required to unlock Ishizu and Odion. It is recommended to unlock them early by using a lot of trap cards and summoning a lot of Light monsters.

FAQ

Do I need to win the battles for them to count?

Missions like use spell/traps # of time(s) or tribute summons and ritual summons will still count even if you don’t win the duel.

How can I win # consecutive duel(s)?

If winning the duels consecutively is a struggle, you can use the keys that you obtained and duel against lvl 10 legendary duelists from the gate.

How to get a win against the Vagabond?

Occasionally the Vagabond will appear, bringing difficult requirement or challenge. In order to make it easier, you can ask a friend to set an easier challenge to send to you.

Note: You will need to add people to your friend list.

I'm stuck on stage 40. I must do the "Win with a Duel Assessment of at least 4000" and even though I beat several standard or legendary duelists while they were having 4000LP or more, it still does not want to count the win. Is it a glitch or I do something wrong?

Dude . Duel assessment is the score you get after the end of the match . So you must get 4000 points and above .

Just put 12-15 trap cards and 8-5 monster 1200 atk or more, and duel against a LD lvl 10. Preferably without continuous traps, and if you do, use storm.

use balance skill, 10 trap 10 beater. duel against level 10 LD. use only trap that do simple job and do not use continuous trap since it will clog up your backrow. some cheap traps that you can activate anytime : jar of greed, good goblin, shield spear, interdimensional transporter, snake fang, secrets of the gallant, grave lure, windstorm

I just used literally 12 spell cards against seto kaiba in stage 39 and still no effect i can't go through stage 39 that's the only missing mission

Use "Balance" 5 monsters, and the others Spell cards. Preferably some Stray Lambs.

Hey guys, do end duel rewards from world duelists the generic ones get better I'm about go from level 33 world duelists to level 39 do the rewards, like the amount of gems and coins you get go up or is it the same as the level 33 duelist . Thank you!

I'm stuck on stage 38 perform 10 fusion summons. And the deck is not registering my summons. In the score log it says Ritual summon and special summon. Even the I've done neither of those

I'm not 100% sure, but try doing ritual summons; that might trigger the fusion summons

I was just stuck there you have to do them in ranked or casual duels... Try on casual duels to not affect your ranking it sucks because is not a great deck and casual people don't understand you're just trying to reach next stage haha so sometimes they beat you up before you can even do one fusion summon. I had to do 40 duels try using the feint plan, soul reclamation, etc..

I'm stuck on stage 31 for two missions (including ritual summon one):

"Successfully perform 2 Ritual Summon(s) in one Duel World Duel"

"Use Trap Cards 35 times" (stuck on 19/35)

Does Konami usually fix glitches like these right away? If not, may quit the game lol

I'm stuck on stage 31, no matter who I duel (gate or otherwise) it refuses to count ritual summons so I can't get past "summon two ritual monsters in one duel world duel". Is this a glitch?

A Cerberus Deck should be fine (Draw Sense: Low-Level)... I always use it.
