NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

Except the fact Electro can target set spells too... I understand you're running equips but if you're going to have things like Leotaur, Bazoo, and 4 Star lady bug, etc... there's NO reason you shouldn't be able to take down electro so you're points seem irrelevant and not using MW because it's for "noobs" is stupid

not really, Dakini Spam is still kinda OP. It's basically Nephthys Ritual, but faster.

I can't believe this random guy spamming about boxes being "rigged" is serious. The dude simply opened the whole box and then downloaded the Black Rose Dragon picture (maybe from this website) and then copy-pasted the card in the screenshot with only 1 pack left. Truly 🔥.

It's not even the right box. The already obtained cards next to BRD includes Blazing Inpachi and Buster Blader fusion.

There are so many people here who say that this game is completely free-to-play, you just have to be careful with your gems spending.

So you probably need to be a fortune teller as well to know exactly what new will be added to the game and not to buy something that will lose relevance in a week or a month

The idea actually is invest in a deck that you trust. I built my own Red-eyes Buster Paracide deck that got me to KOG and I didn't spent all of my gems.., in fact I still got around 4k... I answered Quizzes to earn most of it for free. Doing so would also give me a vast knowledge of how other decks out there works to be able to play more accurately against them.

I love the new meta - It's brought back old decks (vamps, koaki, heros) enables new decks that were too bricky or average before (lswarm, neos fusion, lavals), and its much healthier to play against than 6sams or AG, as you can still get your plays off and have viable options (lava golem, hraesvelg, gale lizard, sazank). You can also attack over it w most boss monsters. Bringing back blue eyes was also quite good, as w the right removal (koaki ice, trech, golem) they're beatable as well - much healthier to play against than 6sams or AG. I will admit f2p probably needs some better options here, w 6sams only being viable w godly pulls - amazon is only actual f2p and even then it probably requires floodgates and canadias which are not cheap and you wont have unless you've been playing >1 year, so climbing there is tough.

I just noticed there is so much hostility in this website, maybe because the game succeeded?

If anything, people need to relax. Game is quite friendly and you don't need to spend a penny to compete. I know one dude @ the duel links meta crew that has reached Kog with Karakuris and Gravekeepers this month. It depends a lot on the player actually.

Yeah I mean f2p still has a few options, with darklords being the latest, but theres still plenty of kog's with decks like dbots, amazons, furhires arent doing too badly, and 6sams are still great (though maybe they're not f2p unless you're quite lucky w pulls)
At least neos is pretty healthy to play against - just bounce w cards like lswarm (the one that returns to the hand thats f2p)/lava golem

It's just pure beaters deck, without the ability to remove traps, similar to Hazy.
I do not know why it is on the tier list
