Select 1 face-up card in the Spell & Trap Card Zones and destroy it. The controller of the destroyed card can then Set 1 Spell or Trap Card from their hand. If this Set card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select and destroy 1 face-up card on the field.

Pros

Destroys face up spell/trap cards.
If it's destroyed when it is set, it can destroy any face up spell/trap/field-spell/monster on the field.

Cons

Targeted spell/trap cards must be face-up.
Opponent can set a spell/trap card which can be activated immediately if it's a quick-play spell.

Tips, related cards, skills

You can use cards like Magical Hats or Storm to destroy it when it's face down so you can destroy a card.

This card can also be used to destroy opponent's Mirror Wall when they used it on their turn.

Yeah, it's the 2nd effect. It was destroyed by Phoenix and therefore the opponent chose the 2nd effect to destroy your monster.

Is Wild Tornado(2x) + Storm(2x) a legit card removal strategy for Gravekeeper deck? Or Feng trap card/Twister/Straight Flush better? Please help me thanks

Mirror Wall can be activated in the Damage Step since it alters a monster's Attack, but Wild Tornado cannot be activated in the Damage Step, so it cannot be chained to Mirror Wall (if its activated in the Damage Step)

Is there a bug with this card where it can't destroy special summoned monsters such as fusion or ritual? Used it in a nephthys deck but it failed big time... Am I getting something wrong about this mechanics?

There is a Djinn card which makes ritual monsters unaffectes by trap cards

This card is one if my favorite. This card isnt too strong but it has its niche that hasnt been powercrept by newer ones, up to today IRL yugioh! Definitely getting 3 of it.

Since wen does wild tornado negate the "pop all the field spell effect of burningland"wen you pop the spel right after the Activasion

Continuous spells need to stay on field to apply their effects, they get destroyed at activation, it's like they were never on field.

One of the best cards in valkyrie rage. 1st effect works like a twister with no lp cost and the 2nd effect works like a wonder can 🔥 a face up card
