Able to swap your weak monsters with your opponent’s strong monsters.
The monster switch is permanent.
Potentially weaken your opponent’s field if they only have 1 or 2 strong monsters.
Cons
You must choose a face-up Normal monster to exchange. (Your opponent can choose either Normal/Effect monsters to exchange)
Opponent can also choose to exchange a weaker monster, including their set monsters.
Tips
Similarly to Enemy Controller plays, this card allows you to take control of your opponents’ important monsters, you can either use them to attack or you can use them for tribute summon plays. Difference is, the exchange is permanent.
Using Order to Charge in your deck provides greater flexibility as in you can choose to destroy their monster using your own Normal monster, if you don’t have Creature Seizure in your hand, and the situation demands it.
Although Venus is an effect monster, it is able to generate Mystical Shine Balls which are really low in ATK and DEF, you can use Creature Seizure to exchange Mystical Shine Ball with your opponent’s monster, to fill your field with strong monsters.
This card is able to Special summon Normal monsters from your graveyard, so you can Special summon weaker Normal monsters and use Creature Seizure to exchange with your opponent’s monster.
Saw this card in one of the contestants' deck of this year's WC alongside the skill "Masked Tribute", which I found a pretty neat idea. I hope that he wins the championship, not because I sympathized with him though, but just because i want my 5k gems
