At the beginning of the Duel, add 2 "Jutte Fighter" to your deck. Then, your Extra deck becomes 1 " Goyo Guardian".

Goyo guardian is still a very powerful card and still just as easy to summon. All you need are revival cards from the graveyard to keep it on the field. 2800 beater with an ability to take one of your monsters, so you'll still have defense in case it gets destroyed. I believe some players dont think of the big picture of this and complain on how the so called "skill bug" takes away the extra deck. It's to balance it out Because of how goyo is. He'll take a monster and use said monster as a synchro material. Exactly how it was back in the early days of TCG.

Nope, sorry... Goyo Guardian is nowhere near OP! Its effects are useless if we doesn’t have mp2, the stolen monster are only act as a meat shield for next turn, that is only if you can bypass their backrow; also, please don’t delude yourself the relation of star level with atk power, it doesn’t matter a bit since we can summon 2 lv8 or high atk beater in one turn already, or summon anki 3x 1 turn

Forcing to play 22 cards is too much punishing. And if the point is not to make Let's Go Goyo spam synchros, then at least let fusion monsters be added into the extra deck.

Do basic math kid. If Goyo Guardian is level 6 than you gotta use 2 or so monster levels that equal 6. So a level 3 tuner and a level 3 none tuner or a lvl 4 and lvl 2 tuner. As long as it is level 6. This was just sad to see.

The problem I see is you got a Level 3 and a Level 2 EARTH Tuner. So you need a level 4 non-tuner instead of a level 3 in order to Synchro Summon with the level 2 Jutte Fighter. For synchro summoning, the conditions and total levels MUST match.

The one thing i hate about this skill is the inability to use any other monsters from your extra deck I can’t wait until Goyo Guardian is obtainable normally

Still better than it was before. Since Goyo Guardian is only available through 2 skills and this is the only one all players have access to, now Goyos are more accessible.

Anyone else getting this bug, whilst you use the skill other monsters in the extra deck are not in the deck whilst in a duel.

Except they fixed the text because that's how it is supposed to be. In the Japanese version of the game it has always states that it replaces (not add) everything in your extra deck with 1 Goyo Guardian.

The Japanese version of the game never got the text fix because it was already correct. Only the English version gets the text fix, since it was mistranslated.

Oh no, a 2800 ATK monster with no protection! However will I get over this impassible wall? Might as well give up, there's no way that I can defeat this game-breaking card.

This card isn't even that good, making it the only card that you can use in the extra deck is 🔥ed as if they destroy it you're screwed.

Yup.It's different than other synchro skills because you can't use any other card from extra deck if you use this skill.I hope it's just a bug

In portuguese, the description didnt say "your extra deck become", but "add 1 goyo guardian" I dont know If It happens in anothers languages, but its need to be fixed.

In Chinese too, nowhere does the description says that your entire ED will be replaced.

Holy hell this is so dumb. Goyo guardian is not an overpowered card, it can't even beat over most of the meta cards at this point. All it does is snatch a monster from your opponent only after destroying it, which is harder than they must of realized.

I swear if his other skill replaces the entire extra deck with only 2 random goyo monsters I'm gonna be so pissed

And another thing, if my extra deck becomes 1 with this skill why the hell would you give me 2 tuners? If I use one for Goyo the other becomes a brick card.

You can't even run this skill in a synchro deck with better tuners because you'd only have one thing to summon. This means that you'd have to run a completely normal deck with no extra deck monsters, which in the current meta is pretty hard.

slightly better consistency you idiot. Your chance of summoning your only extra deck monster would be abit easier if you had 2 tuners instead of 1.

Hello, its me Goyo. I’m sorry to tell you that I’m not the most evil synchro out there, at least in this speed duel of Duel Links. I’m just a mediocore card that can’t even do my gimmick since they remove mp2 ): but hey, you have “Black Rose Dragon” with “Paleozoic Canadia” on the other hand! The most evil synchro out there, other than destroy all monsters on field, she make opponents atk to 0!!!

They really should just get rid of the whole get rid of the rest of your extra deck thing or at least make it like only Goyo synchros. Goyo Guardian isn't even that overpowered, there are so many ways to beat this card, just like there are so many ways to take down any other cards like using a riryoku or michizure or cipher soldier.

It's definitely strong enough. It's one of the best cards in the entire game. It steals your opponent's monsters permanently. What is more powerful than that?

It was one of the best. After that fourth errata and restriction, I beg to differ.
